My Craft Room ......... Tess Update

I thought that I would tidy up my 'happy space' and take it a step closer to being fully SU - my target date is still 1 April so I have a little more time - but I can show you the progress so far with a 'before' and 'after' photo - I am very fortunate to have a small room so that I can close the door on it because I am not the tidiest of crafters - honestly the desk will not look like the 'after' picture for very long.

Hopefully you can recognise this as the 'before' photo and now - ta-dahhhhh ...........

........the 'after' photo - well, up to a point because I haven't tackled the drawers full of 'stash' under my desk - there is no chair as I always craft standing up looking out of the window hence the fact that my desk is raised up on chipboard panels either side.

I'm hoping that being tidier will help me be more productive and I'll step up my output lol.

Tess Update: Well, the stitches came out without a murmur - all the tablets have been taken and now the recovery continues - a big thank you for your kindness which will stay with me as I close the updates now as Tess is practically back to her old self - maybe some photos of her in the summer happily sitting amongst the flowers in the field next to our house ......... sniffing the air.

  3. Hi Brigette.

I got to your blog via Louise Molesworth whom I met at the Sir Stampalot demo she gave. Fantastc blog may I say.

How lucky you are to have a craft room, I need space to call my own, but still have children living at home.

I'm thinking of becoming a Stampin'Up demonstrator when I get made redundant in the summer. Just need to find out more about it.

Louise has invited me to her Stampin' Up party, but unfortunately I work on a Thursday, so will not be able to attend, although I'd love to.

Anyway great blog as I said. I keep saying Louise should get one up and running too. Can't you persuade her? I'll be back to visit you again.

    Kind Regards

    Debbie

  4. So pleased that Tess is recovering so well Bridgette. Have missed you blogging.
I know what you mean about being able to close the door on your creative space - so much better than having to tidy up. LOL.
I'll have to find some photos of my little (tiny) room.
Thanks for your comments - by the way Flat Stanley is a little boy in a book who wakes up flat one day (funnily enough!) and the book is all about his adventures.
Looking forward to seeing your creations. Lots of love xxxxx

Is there anyone out there? Your comments let me know that I am not alone in my 'happy space' - which is very reassuring. Thank you.
